    More of a spreader than a knife

    Handsome design, love the concept, however it is described as a knife. It is not, it is a spreader. It has a very thick, blunt “knife” edge so as far as actually cutting, it can’t. I was expecting something more like a thinner silverware knife edge. I wanted it to actually cut butter, but it sort of demolishes it instead of slicing. So I’ll save it for the cheese board.
